Bendra informacija Perrašytas rankraščio tekstas buvo anotuojamas šiek tiek modifikuota TEI5 versija ‒ standartiniu formatu, naudojamu perteikiant istorinių tekstų duomenis. Jame yra beveik visi įrankiai, reikalingi aprašant daug kartų redaguotą rankraštį. Kai kurie įrankiai buvo šiek tiek modifikuoti pritaikant juos darbui su Chylinskio Naujojo Testamento rankraščiu. Galutinis XML failas atitinka TEI standartus. Skaitmeninis rankraščio tekstas parengtas iš rankraščio skaitmeninių fotokopijų, sudėtingesnėse vietose korektūros buvo skaitomos lyginant su originalu. Perrašytame tekste tiksliai laikomasi originalo. Rengiant transkripciją buvo naudojamasi Otrębskio ir Kudzinowskio 1958 m. Chylinskio Naujojo Testamento publikacija, darbo metu buvo nustatyta nemažai skirtumų tarp jau paskelbto teksto ir rankraščio, tačiau jie nebuvo registruojami. Skaitmeninėje versijoje tekstas skelbiamas pagal rankraštį. Kudzinowskio parengtose leidėjo pastabose atkreiptas dėmesys, jog Chylinskio rankraštis nebaigtas redaguoti, nurodoma, kad sunkiai įskaitomose ir iki galo nesuredaguotose vietose teko bandyt atspėti, ką vertėjas iš tiesų norėjo pasakyti ‒ jų publikacijoje yra „atkurtų“ teksto vietų, kurios paremtos Naujojo Testamento vertimais į kitas kalbas. Iš tokių Otrębskio ir Kudzinowskio rekonstruotų vietų į skaitmeninę ChNT versiją perimtas tiktai rašalu užlieto teksto fragmentas iš 7r rankraščio lapo, (Mt 5,13-17), kurio nepavyko perskaityti netgi naudojant spektroskopinę analizę. Teksto rengimo principai ir teksto pateikimas: • Žodžių rašymas kartu ir atskirai General information The transcribed text of the manuscript has been annotated by means of a slightly modified version of TEI5 in its standard format used in presenting contents and formal properties of historical texts. It contains practically all tools necessary to describe texts with a complicated editing history. Some tools were slightly modified to accommodate specific features of the Chylinski New Testament manuscript. The final XML file conforms to TEI standards. The digital version of the manuscript texts was produced on the basis of digital images, but particularly difficult places were collated with the original manuscript. The transcribed text adheres closely to the original. In producing the transciption we have consulted Otrębski and Kudzinowski’s 1958 transcription of Chylinski’s manuscript. In the course of our work we have established a sizeable number of discrepancies between the published text and the manuscript, but we have not kept record of them. The digital version adheres to the manuscript. In his editorial comments Kudzinowski says that the Chylinski manuscript is not a definitively edited version and that in many less easily legible and not definitively edited places the publishers had to conjecture the translator’s wordings. The publishers’ version contains many reconstructed text fragments based on other language versions. In our digital text of Chylinski’s New Testament we have used only one of Otrębski and Kudzinowski’s reconstructions, viz. that of the fragment hidden under an ink stain on p. 7r of the manuscript (Mt 5,13-17), which proved impossible to decypher even with the aid of a spectroscopic analysis. Antraštiniai ir paskutiniai puslapiai Įrašai rankraščio pradžioje ir pabaigoje perrašyti ta pačia tvarka kaip jie užrašyti rankraštyje. Turinio požiūriu jie įvairialypiai, dėl to transkripcijoje jie suskirstyti į paragrafus, kurių pavadinime nurodyta pagrindinė paragrafų įrašo tema. Jei įrašas turi tiesioginių sąsajų su įrašais kituose paragrafuose, jos nurodomos. Pastabose pateiktas pilnas ChNT f. 218v minimų knygų aprašas. Opening and closing pages The entries on the opening and closing pages of the manuscript are arranged in the same way as they appear in the manuscript. As they are heterogeneous in content, in the transcription they are divided into paragraphs, each with a title reflecting the subject-matter of the main part of the entry. If the entry shows a connection with entries in other paragraphs, these are pointed out. In the notes the user will find a complete list of the books mentioned on ChNT f. 218v. Naudojimosi instrukcija Skiltyje Biblijos tekstas galima skaityti elektroninį Chylinskio Naujojo Testamento ir įrašų rankraščio pradžioje ir pabaigoje perrašo tekstą. Rekomenduojame naudoti naršyklę Firefox. Skyrelis page leidžia vykdyti paiešką pagal rankraščio puslapį. Skyrelis book sudaro galimybę ieškoti reikiamos Naujojo Testamento knygos. Lange atsidarius NT knygos pradžiai, viršutinėje eilutėje esantis įrašas chapters title leidžia pasirinkti reikalingą knygos skyrių. Eilutė verses sudaro galimybę rinktis reikalingą versetą. Jei kursorių pajudinsite virš užrašo verse, kairiajame lango kampe pačioje apačioje atsidarys langelis su atverstos knygos santrumpa ir skyriaus numeriu. Jei spustelėsite ant verse, kursorius peršoks į skyriaus pradžią. Jei spustelėsite ant chapter ‒ peršoks į knygos pradžią. Langeliuose versions ir editions galima išsirinkti pageidaujamą skaityti teksto variantą: pirmą ir paskutinę teksto redakcijas, arba matyti visus išskleistus redagavimo žingsnius; originalią ir leidėjo versijas, arba išskleistas abi versijas. Tolesniuose stulpeliuose žodžių formų sąrašai ‒ tiesioginis, atgalinis ir pagal dažnumą. Šiuose stulpeliuose galima ieškoti norimo žodžio. Norint surasti reikalingą žodį, reikia pradėti jį rinkti sąraše ir iš karto pasirodys pirmas žodis, prasidedantis surinktu raidžių deriniu. Svarbu prieš pradedant rinkti žodį, pelės mygtuką spustelėti ant rėmelio dešiniojoje pusėje, geriausia ant stačiosios slankjuostės. Ieškodami žodžio atgaliniame sąraše, ieškomą žodį pradėkite rinkti nuo galo. Jei pelės mygtuką spustelėsite ant pasirinkto žodžio, dešiniajame lango kampe pasirodys visi to žodžio pavartojimo atvejai su nuoroda į Biblijos eilutę. Jei spustelėsite pelės klavišą ant nuorodos į Biblijos eilutę, kairiojoje skiltyje atsidarys langas su tos vietos kontekstu Naujojo Testamento vertime. Sąraše pagal dažnumą žodžių formos suskaičiuotos suvienodinus jų rašybą: neatsižvelgiama į didžiųjų ir mažųjų raidžių vartojimą, diakritikus, nosines raides, kietosios ir minkštosios l, ilgosios ir trumposios s vartojimą ir skirtingus š perteikimo rankraštyje būdus. Paieška suprogramuota taip, kad įvedant nereikia stengtis spausdinti s arba z ilgųjų raidžių ir diakritikų. How to use the website The column “Bible text” shows the electronic transcription of Chylinski’s New Testament and the entries on the opening and closing pages of the manuscript. We recommend you use Firefox to browse our website. The page menue allows you to go to any page of the manuscript. The book menu allows you to select a New Testament book. When the opening of the selected New Testament book appears in the left column, you can choose a chapter from the Chapters title list at the top of the column. You can then select a verse from the “verses” list at the top. When you hold the cursor above the heading verse, a full electronic address including book, chapter and verse number will appear at the bottom of the website on the left. A left-click on verse will take you back to the beginning of the chapter. A left-click on chapter will take you back to the beginning of the book. From the versions and editions menus you can choose the text version you wish to read: you can see either the initial or the final version, or you can view the successive steps in the editorial process. You can also view either the original or the editorial display version, or both at the same time. The windows to the right contain lists of wordforms ‒ in direct order, inverse order and in order of frequency. In order to look up a word, you must first choose one of the lists of wordforms and then start typing the word you are looking for. As you type, the first word beginning with the sequence of letters you have already entered will appear. When looking up a word in the inverse-order index, start typing the word from the end. Before you start typing, you should left-click the scrollbar of the window you want to select. When you click a word from the list, all the instances of use of the given form will appear in the right column, with a link to the corresponding book, chapter and verse. When you click this link, the corresponding Bible verse will appear in the left column. In establishing frequencies for the frequency-based list of wordforms, spelling has been uniformised: majuscules and minuscules, diacritics, nasal vowels, palatalised and no-palatalised l, long and short s and the different ways of rendering š are ignored. The search is programmed so that when typing a word you can ignore the difference between long and short s and z as well as diacritics. As words with similar sequences of initial characters appear in the window, you can easily find the word you are looking for. Three lists of wordforms ‒ in direct order, inverse order and in order of frequency ‒ are given for the New Testament text. For the entries on the opening and closing pages only direct-order and inverse-order lists of wordforms are given, whereas the third window contains lists of foreign words arranged by language ‒ Dutch, Latin, Polish, Macaronic language, Arabic, English, and Hebrew. This list is structured in the same fashion as the other lists of wordforms. When you double-click a line in the change window, a list of places showing different types of editorial interference will appear in the right column beneath. The options include synonymous variants, complete changes, lexical, morphological, morphosyntactic changes and changes in spelling and punctuation, insertions and deletions, cancelled changes and foreign words. Before starting a new search, we recommend you clear earlier search results by clicking clear results. This will save you the trouble of looking for your search results at the bottom of a long list of earlier searches. Each line in a list of editorial changes opens with a link to the corresponding Bible place. When you click this link, the relevant chapter and verse of the New Testament text will appear in the left column. In the left column the verse numbers are highlighted in yellow. When you click a yellow highlighted verse number, a window will open with a digital image of the corresponding place of the New Testament manuscript.
